These terms apply to your use of whiskeyriver.io, which is operated by Whiskey River Media ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

WhiskeyRiver.io publishes AI education: playbooks, guides, tools and free audits for business owners. Everything here is general information, not legal, financial, tax or professional advice for your specific situation.

Free audits and tools

• The AI Shelf Audit and the on-page tools are free. Requesting one doesn't create a client relationship or obligate you to buy anything.
• Audit results describe what AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI said on the day we checked. Those answers change over time and from user to user, so results are a snapshot, not a guarantee.
• We may decline or delay an audit request, for example if the information provided is incomplete.
• Product names, prices and claims that appear in audits are reported as the AI tools stated them. We don't independently verify them unless we say so.

No guarantees

We share what's worked for us and our clients. Your results depend on your business, your market and how you apply the information. We don't promise any specific ranking, recommendation, traffic or revenue outcome.

Your use of the site

• Give accurate information on forms, and only submit information you have the right to share.
• Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, interfering with how it runs, or trying to get around gated content.
• You must be at least 18 to submit forms or book a call.

Content and ownership

The site's content, including text, playbooks, design and code, belongs to us or our licensors. You're welcome to use our playbooks in your own business and to share links to our pages. Don't republish, resell or pass off our content as your own without written permission.

Emails and text messages

If you sign up or request an audit, we'll email you about it. If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive them at the number you provided. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Third-party services and links

Some features run on third-party services, such as our scheduler and forms, and some pages link to other sites. Those services have their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.

Disclaimer

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the free audits or the tools. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
